Director of Client Development - Miami based

We are a firm dedicated to providing bilingual English/Spanish personal and business assistants that are highly skilled in secretarial and administrative duties. Our aim is to provide you with that much needed time to focus on developing your business, strengthening relationships, and increasing efficiency. 

The Director of Client Development is a key sales role within Uassist.ME; responsible for executing sales and business development strategies to target companies within the USA, especially Florida. Focus on building business by identifying and closing leads; maintaining relationships with possible clients. The candidate will play a hunter role, responsible for acquiring new clients. This is a new area we want to develop in the company, the candidate must be willing to create new effective procedures to achieve our goals.  

Responsibilities:

  • Understand business model and develop a repeatable sales model that ensures consistent success and revenue growth.
  • Identifying and qualifying prospects.
  • Calling potential clients.
  • Pipeline management, preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Entering leads in CRM. 
  • Customer evaluation.
  • Accurate forecasting.
  • Development of best practices for leading successful sales campaigns.
  • Devise creative, "out-of-the-box" ideas and implement them.
  • Be responsible and accountable for meeting deadlines.
  • Giving feedback to management.

Requirements:

  • 5 plus years of sales and account management experience with a background in market research a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to actively manage multiple tasks
  • Must be a goal oriented, persuasive, self motivated and independent worker
  • Must be able to work well under pressure and be efficient in meeting deadlines

Base salary + commissions.
