Multilingual Customer Support Specialist
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled multilingual Customer Support Agent fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and French to manage both inbound and outbound calls for a language school. The successful candidate will provide exceptional support to individuals completing applications and guide them through the enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and French.
Assist individuals with completing their applications and navigating the enrollment process.
Deliver courteous, accurate, and culturally sensitive support in all four languages.
Accurately document each interaction and ensure all customer data is handled securely.
Manage calls efficiently, with each call potentially lasting up to 15 minutes.
Participate in cross-training to provide backup support in the event of a team member’s absence.
Requirements:
Fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and French (all four languages required).
Strong verbal and written communication skills in all specified languages.
Prior experience in customer service, call center, or a related field.
Ability to work independently in a hybrid setting
Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free work environment.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
