Talent Acquisition Analyst
A Talent Acquisition Analyst plays a key role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent who align with our organization’s values and goals. This position supports the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience while helping build high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing
Utilize multiple sourcing channels—including job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks—to identify and attract qualified candidates.
Screening & Assessment
Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates and conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Candidate Evaluation
Collaborate with hiring managers to present shortlisted candidates and support the decision-making process throughout the hiring stages.
Interview Coordination
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, while collecting and organizing feedback from interviewers.
Offer Management & Onboarding Support
Extend job offers to selected candidates and support the onboarding process by coordinating with HR to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Candidate Experience
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates, guidance, and support.
Recruitment Tracking & Documentation
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, application statuses, and hiring progress within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Assessment Follow-Up
Send reminders and follow up with candidates regarding required assessments or evaluations.
Talent Pipeline Development
Follow up with referrals and previous applicants to continuously strengthen the organization’s talent pipeline.
Database Management
Update internal HR systems with new hire information and ensure relevant stakeholders are informed.
Employer Branding & Events
Represent the organization at job fairs, career events, and other recruitment initiatives to attract potential candidates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Experience using multiple sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates
- Strong candidate screening and evaluation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to attend job fairs or recruitment events when required
