Cold Calling Sales Representative
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Lead Generation Agent to join our growing team. This role is heavily focused on cold calling and outbound outreach to identify and connect with new prospects. You will be responsible for initiating contact with leads and merchants, introducing our financial services, and assessing their financing needs and eligibility. Key Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume cold calls to engage potential clients and generate qualified leads.
Reach out to prospects through emails and other communication channels to complement calling efforts.
Introduce and clearly explain our financial services, using a consultative sales approach.
Assess customer financing needs and determine eligibility for different solutions.
Manage and update lead information accurately in CRM tools.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent follow-up and lead nurturing.
Overcome objections, handle rejection professionally, and convert cold leads into active opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team performance goals.
Meet and exceed metrics, including call volume, lead qualification, and conversion rates.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, or outbound sales
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales engagement tools.
Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and resilient in overcoming objections.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize a high volume of outreach.
Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment with clear targets and KPIs.
