We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional support across multiple communication channels, including live chat, email, and phone. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring a positive customer experience by resolving inquiries efficiently, providing accurate information, and maintaining a high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and professional customer support through live chat, email, and phone.
- Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve concerns effectively.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in English, both written and spoken.
- Utilize technology tools such as CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace to manage customer interactions and track cases.
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain organized records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
- Continuously look for ways to improve the customer experience and service processes.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Language: Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
