We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional support across multiple communication channels, including live chat, email, and phone. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring a positive customer experience by resolving inquiries efficiently, providing accurate information, and maintaining a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and professional customer support through live chat, email, and phone.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve concerns effectively.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in English, both written and spoken.
  • Utilize technology tools such as CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace to manage customer interactions and track cases.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and maintain organized records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve the customer experience and service processes.

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
