Customer Service Representative (On-Site)
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and represent our retail client by delivering outstanding customer support. In this role, you will act as the frontline ambassador for the brand, assisting customers through multiple channels including inbound phone calls, live chat, and email within a dynamic call center environment.
Your goal will be to provide prompt, accurate, and friendly support, ensuring every customer interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional and efficient customer support through inbound calls, live chat, and email.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Follow established procedures while identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience.

Skills & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 1 year of experience in a retail, customer service, or BPO environment.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Technical proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced call center environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative and resolve issues independently.
Compensation
$700 USD per month
