Bookkeeping Assistant - Level I

Min. Experience: Entry Level

As a Bookkeeping Assistant Level I you will not be client facing. You will be able to create new vendor profiles and customer profiles, create and update bills and invoices.  You can also assist with entering daily banking activities and classifying transactions. You have to be able to create expense and reimbursement reports. 

Skills and requirements:

  • Intermediate English written and spoken
  • Technical skills: Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, proficient using the internet and search engines. Basic Quickbooks experience.
  • Education: College studies in progress 
  • Experience: Entry level assistant to 1 year
