Logistics and Distribution Temporary Support Role

This role will function primarily as transactional support for the Distribution and Fulfillment teams, primarily focusing on Logistics. Transactions are processed in Netsuite, in conjunction with corresponding tracking and data maintenance in Excel. 

Hard Skills Required: 

-Netsuite transactions related to transfers, shipping orders, inventory, system warnings and messages. 

-Logistics workflows, including transfer creation, transfer fulfillment, transfer receipt. 

-Basic understanding of inventory concepts including available inventory, holds, shortages preventing fulfillment, lot codes. 

-Functional Excel knowledge, including xlookups, data integrity, pasting functions, etc.. 

-Attention to detail with the purpose of maintaining and validating data integrity in, and between, Netsuite and Excel. 

Soft Skills Required 

 -Verbal and electronic communication 

-Attention to detail with the purpose of maintaining and validating data integrity in, and between, Netsuite and Excel.
