Customer Service Representative - Level III

Location: El Salvador

Min. Experience: Mid Level

As a Customer Service Representative Level III you will provide customer support through both facing and non-facing interactions. You will also be able to service Live Chat, Email and Inbound Phone support. You need to be able to do proactive tasks by following up with customer base in CRM with the purpose of engaging in new products and services for revenue growth. At this level, you have to be able to take the role of leading a team of customer support representatives and be the POC for the client.

 

Skills and requirements:

  • Advanced to Native English written and spoken
  • Excellent organizational skills, time management skills and attention to detail
  • Technical skills: Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, proficient using the internet and search engines, CRM knowledge
  • Experience: 3 years+ of solid customer service experience is required
  • Education: College studies are desirable
