Bookkeeping Assistant - Level II

Min. Experience: Mid Level

As Bookkeeping Assistant Level II you have to be able to create new vendor profiles and customer profiles, create and update bills and invoices.  Can also assist with entering daily banking activities and classifying transactions and can be able to create expense and reimbursement reports. 

You will also make payments, receive payments and do collections. As an assistant at this level you will also have to be able to do account reconciliations, send out 1099 forms to contractors, request W9 forms from vendors and create reimbursement reports. 

Skills and requirements:

  • Intermediate to Advanced English written and spoken
  • Technical skills: Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, proficient using the internet and search engines, proficient using accounting software like QuickBooks
  • Education: College studies in accounting or business administration
  • Experience: 2 years of experience at Uassist.ME or similar positions in previous jobs is required
