Business Development Analyst III

Responsible for daily B2B communication to prospective customers mostly through emails. In charge of engaging in strategic sales and marketing activities with prospects with a focus on pipeline development and customer experience management, working toward achieving revenue sales goals. The Business Development Specialist is responsible for promoting our services through different outbound channels ( outbound email campaigns, social selling strategies). Manage the entire sales process from prospecting new customers, need discovery, value proposition, pricing negotiation and contractual matters to closing. Focused on revenue attainment and maintenance goals.




  • Discover and qualify potential sales opportunities.
  • Manage responses from marketing campaigns and online channels.
  • Effectively initiate communication via the phone, email and chat to the highest level of management.
  • Provide product and solution information to prospective customers, keeping up-to-date on knowledge of the industry, as well as the competitive posture of the company.
  • Develop prospects through targeted research and multi-channel outbound outreach (emails, social selling, sequencing, cold calling, etc.)
  • Research accounts, identify key persons, generate interest and develop meaningful relationships i.e: using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Create follow-up sequences with the objective to schedule meetings, identify problems and propose solutions.
  • Create pricing proposals tailored to customer needs
  • Manage the contractual aspects of the sale towards closing



Education: Any business related Bachelor’s Degree

Language: 95% English level 

Experience : Experience 1-2 years as an Outbound Sales B2B, BPO Experience is a plus.
