Seeking a motivated and organized Virtual Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate will possess broad business administration fundamentals and excellent communication skills in English and German (at least /C1 level), both verbal and written. The role will involve administrative tasks, including drafting professional emails and professional communication, scheduling meetings/calls, and drafting LinkedIn posts.

Responsabilities:
•    Drafting professional emails and correspondence in English and German
•    Creating engaging LinkedIn content to promote the company and its services
•    Interacting with business partners in a professional and courteous manner
•    Scheduling meetings and calls and ad-hoc communication tasks as assigned
•    Data entry and maintenance of accounting records
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, MS Teams, and accounting software

Qualifications:
•    Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
•    Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
•    Fluency in German and English (at least C1 level), both verbal and written.
•    Understanding of accounting and business practices 
•    Experience/familiarity with LinkedIn content creation
•    Familiarity working with LLMs (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.)
•    Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
•    Ability to work independently based on templates and reference materials
