We are looking for a Data Integration Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team and grow by designing and implementing data integration solutions across our internal systems, client environments, and the platforms we use every day.

The primary purpose of this role is to enable the data team to operate with technical autonomy in designing and implementing integrations and automations, delivering end-to-end solutions that create value for both internal operations and the services we provide to international clients.

This is a highly technical, problem-solving role focused on building automations that reduce manual work, improve data quality, and increase operational efficiency for both our team and our clients.

We are looking for someone who combines strong logical and analytical thinking with an understanding of business processes and who is eager to grow within the modern data and integrations ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain integrations and dashboards between internal systems, external platforms (CRMs, ERPs, SaaS applications), and client systems.
  • Develop operational and client-facing process automations using low-code tools and Python scripting.
  • Consume and integrate REST APIs, handling authentication, data transformation, and data quality validation.
  • Map operational processes and translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
  • Document integration workflows, technical decisions, and implementation processes to ensure maintainability, continuity, and auditability.
  • Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team in modeling and consuming integrated data.
  • Prepare clear technical specifications for development teams whenever additional engineering support is required.
  • Monitor the performance of integrations and automations, identifying issues and implementing continuous improvements.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and optimize existing manual processes.

Technical Skills

    • Working with JSON and CSV files.
    • Exception handling, functions, and modules.
  • REST APIs (Conceptual Understanding)
    • Understanding of endpoints, HTTP methods, JSON responses, and basic authentication methods (API keys, tokens).
  • Low-Code Automation
    • Hands-on experience with at least one automation platform such as Power Automate, n8n, Make, or Zapier, including building real automation workflows.
  • Advanced Excel
    • Lookup formulas, Pivot Tables, and Power Query.
  • Process Mapping Fundamentals
    • Ability to read and create simple process flow diagrams and think in terms of business workflows.
  • Git & GitHub (User Level)

  • Technical Documentation
    • Ability to write clear procedures, technical specifications, and documentation that others can easily follow.
  • Structured Logical Thinking
    • Ability to break down complex problems into manageable components and develop organized, scalable solutions.

Preferred

  • Experience designing system integrations, including webhooks, event-driven architectures, and batch vs. streaming processing.
  • Dimensional data modeling (Star Schema, Fact Tables, Dimension Tables).
  • Experience with modern data stack tools such as dbt, Airflow, BigQuery, Databricks, or Supabase.
  • Power BI development experience for operational monitoring dashboards.
  • Basic Docker knowledge and container deployment.

Soft Skills

  • Strong technical curiosity and a problem-solving mindset with a focus on identifying root causes and building reliable solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences, including the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to testing, validation, and quality assurance.
  • Self-learning mindset and eagerness to stay current with emerging integration technologies and best practices.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across Business Intelligence, Operations, and client-facing teams.
