Cold Calling Sales Representative
We are looking for a motivated and proactive Sales Representative to support our business growth by prospecting, qualifying, and engaging new leads within an assigned location or territory. This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, communicates fluently in English with a clear and relatable accent, and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment. The Sales Representative will play a key role in building a strong sales pipeline and setting qualified appointments for the sales team.
Responsibilities
Prospect and qualify new leads within the assigned location or territory.
Conduct outbound calls, follow-ups, and email outreach to engage potential clients and assess their needs, interest level, and buying readiness.
Communicate clearly and professionally in strong English with a neutral or relatable accent to build trust and rapport with prospects.
Ask strategic qualifying questions to identify budget, decision-making authority, needs, and timeline.
Present products or services confidently and address initial objections effectively.
Schedule qualified appointments using Acuity Calendar, ensuring accuracy and proper follow-through.
Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns using PhoneBurner while maintaining quality conversations.
Manage and track lead activity, call outcomes, and next steps accurately.
Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects who are not immediately ready to move forward.
Collaborate with internal teams and sales managers through Microsoft Teams to provide updates and align on goals.
Use Outlook Email to send professional communications, confirmations, and follow-ups.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly prospecting and qualification targets.
Continuously refine scripts, messaging, and objection-handling techniques to improve conversion rates.
Qualifications
Previous experience in sales, lead generation, call center, or customer-facing roles preferred.
Strong English communication skills with a clear, professional, and relatable accent.
Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and consistent follow-ups.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Experience using PhoneBurner, Acuity Calendar, Outlook Email, and Microsoft Teams is a plus.
Ability to learn new systems and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: $900 base + up to $300 in bonus
