Sales Representative (B2B)
We are seeking a proactive, results-driven Sales Representative who can manage the full sales cycle while supporting operational follow-ups. This role is ideal for someone who understands urgency, builds strong relationships with corporate clients, and consistently follows up to close deals without needing constant supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound sales calls with a consultative, solution-oriented approach.
Schedule appointments and conduct follow-ups to advance sales opportunities.
Prepare, present, and send quotes, estimates, and proposals to B2B clients.
Actively follow up on sent quotes to drive approvals and close deals.
Maintain and manage a pipeline of prospects, pending quotes, and active opportunities.
Track approvals, client responses, and next steps to ensure consistent progress.
Coordinate scheduling after deal closure, including rescheduling and filling open slots.
Convert approved estimates into work orders and ensure a smooth handoff to operations.
Monitor job status and client satisfaction to support repeat business and retention.
Maintain accurate CRM or sales records and keep all opportunities organized.
Ideal Candidate
Proven experience as a B2B Sales Representative working with corporate clients.
Strong closing and follow-up skills with a revenue-focused mindset.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple deals at different stages.
Confident communicator, comfortable handling objections and negotiations.
Self-driven, accountable, and able to work independently.
Advanced English level (85% or higher).
Detail-oriented with consistency in tracking sales from lead to close.
